While intended for teens, I choose these for the price and to test them when Flo is in town using in conjunction with flex menstrual disc at night.The material is soft, and a tad more padded causing an odd pantyline but can easily be covered with a longer shirt.They are comfortable and did the trick!

I bought these for my 12 yr old daughter because she's always worried about leaking when she has her period. I remember when I was in middle school, on my period & always checking in the bathroom to see if I had leaked and if I had thru my clothes, going home to change or just going home out of embarrassement. I wish these were available back in my day & if they were I wish I had been able to get them. They are just worry free panties!!!!They have worked great for my girl. They look good, fit perfect, great coverage so no worries of little leaks and being embarrassed. Can't tell they are any different than regular panties. Total value for the money. I think every mom should get some of these for their daughters who have started their periods or even just in summertime when they get sweaty in those parts, they are great for the moisture wicking ability. My girls love these underwear. They are both teens. I will say it is best to size up because they can be tight. I bought two sizes bigger and it ended up being too big. So sizing up was just right. I bought them so it makes time of the month a little bit easier. I will say that my daughters wear a thin winged pad inside the underware just as an extra precaution when they go to school. We have ran them through the washer and it seems to be okay have not put them in the dryer yet. We let them air dry.I have two daughters one is4 feet 6 in and weighs 86lbs she is a petite stature and I got her size 14.The other one is 5 ft tall and weighs 95 lb she is tall and slender athletic built and I got her a size 16.
