The media could not be loaded. Ok I just got this a few days ago and so far so good! I’ve never had one before but I’ve been doing a lot of research and decided to give it a go. So far I’m loving it. I’m starting off slow as suggested by some of the research I’ve been doing. 3 minutes x2 a day setting 1.No adverse effects! So I’ll go up to 4 minutes and so on until I hit 10 minutes and up the speed levels slowly from there.It is very quiet. That was a concern for me and one of the reasons I picked this one even though it was a little more expensive, also it was on sale so even better and love the color. I will say it’s very sturdy and heavier than expected but I have mine on carpet so I put furniture sliders under so I can more it away from the wall with ease and it’s still safe. Probably wouldn’t try that on hardwood or tiled floors. I’ll come back to update once I’ve had for awhile longer. 😊

I am a 49 year old perimenopausal woman, 5' 3" 128lbs. I bought this in hopes to tone up and lose a little weight. my results were not quite as I expected, but I this has become part of my daily routine for over 6 months. This is my personal journey and opinion. I use my vibration plate every day, for 10-15 minutes at 110 vibration. I isolate different muscles, do squats, some simple yoga poses, and even do planks on the machine.1. I don't believe you will lose weight using this machine. I have not, but i find myself, mostly my legs, feeling more sturdy, and slightly more visibly toned. definitely my calves.2. the best finding for myself, is I don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm not stiff, or sore, or find random pains that I used to have. This has been the greatest benefit of the machine.3. I find my circulation is much better. It is easier to pick things up off the floor, kneeling on the floor, gardening has become easier.4. I haven't experienced previous knee pain that I used to have come and go. My joints feel better.5. I did have a lot of experience with itchy skin in the beginning, and every once in a while over my 6 months. If you lower the vibration it tends to go away, and with myself, i find it goes away about two minutes after you stop. It is intense... but it does go away. and the internet says just stick with it, and I have to agree.overall, I truly love this machine. I feel just better. I feel more sturdy. my legs feel stronger. I have found that I am still the same size and the same weight, but my clothes do fit better, especially in the waist line. I have large muscular calves to begin with, I walk an immense amount with my job. My calves could crush a bowling ball at this point, and Im not mad at it. I don't really have many negatives, the itching in the beginning, it's a little rough, but it goes away. But for me, I have really felt a difference. I move better, I hurt less. I hope my honesty helps you make a decision.

So far so good.Lately my friend has been telling me about higher end vibration plates that costs thousands of dollars and are quite large. I found this smaller compact version in a brown tone that blends in perfectly into our dark hardwood floors. The colors are really beautifully done so we actually leave this out in the living room so it reminds us to use it.The device is light weight so you can move it around easily, with light suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure while using. Comes with a remote that has pre-set 15 min programs for beginner, intermediate, pro. On the top of the device there's 3 different foot positions. The center is lighter vibration the middle they shakes left to right a little more, and the outer edges shake the most. I've been enjoying the presets because they change the intensity level for you and shut off after you're done.So far we've been doing 15 mins standing and 15 with the elbows and hands down on the unit in a plank position with a pillow under the knees. The standing seems to loosen the lower back muscles and legs. The planks seem to work the upper shoulders and back.They try to advertise this as a weight loss or exercise machine, while I don't think it will do that, I think it might work to loosen and relax muscles and potentially relieve stress. Other people say it helps with bowel movements. There isn't a lot of research on the vibration plates yet, so i wouldn't over do it on this machine as we don't know what effects it might have on the spine. So far we've enjoyed using the machine as a way to destress and relieve some lower back pain. Going to keep it and see what the long term benefit uses might be.

Product is very well made and functions as advertised. Have used it three times thus far and I must say it definitely shakes you up. Product was delivered with damage to box but the main body remained intact; styrafoam packing was broken in 5 different places but it appears to have done it's job of protecting the plate as it works just fine. Time will tell if internal elements were impacted.

I’ve had this full-body vibrator for several months now, and I love it. I have no regrets; it has definitely increased my circulation. The vibrations are strong and effective, and the equipment itself is sturdy and works wonderfully. I’m so happy that I purchased this machine.If you work from home and you need to get your body moving, this is what you need!!

This is a very good way to exercise! I enjoy getting on it and being able to do my exercises and I can feel the way the energy is going through my body. Very easy to use and it is very quick! Helps with my circulation in my legs. I t is worth the money too.
