Lighting to HDMI Adapter,Darrent Lightning Digital AV Adapter for Select iPhone iPad and iPod Models with Lightning Charging Port for HD TV Monitor Projector 1080P

I bought this over a year ago to "stream" myGoogle Maps to my RV system. Worked great until I started the motor. Safety thing, I guess. Last week I streamed my grandson's college soccer game from my iPhone. Beautiful picture for about 45 minutes then screen got all wonky. Waited a little bit and tried again, got for a few more minutes. Yesterday tried from both iPhone and iPad and got message that signal was not available. Hooked up laptop to same HDMI port and it worked fine. Too late for me to return and get Apple brand but would like to know what the deal is. If I buy a smart tv assume I won't need anything and connect to my wi-fi directly?

Sadly this did not work. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I returned it and got a refund. This is a great idea, but all technology has not caught up to work properly yet. At some point it will, just like when the non- Apple charging cords came out- some worked and some didn’t. But now, years later all non Apple charging cords seem to work. I think in a few years after redoing this product- there will finally be one that works with all phones. Until then...

I purchased this because it was half the price of the one at Walmart but come to find out that it also does not work as well. The image and audio quality is poor and that makes it worth the money to spend a little bit more money to get better quality image and sound. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I didn't realize this was NOT an APPLE product and it wouldn't stream any apps to my classroom screens until I switched it out for the identical product that was APPLE made and certified. I had to return this item because even though it looked exactly like the APPLE version and would not work.

Use product with iPhone and now unable to get it to mirror on to my tv monitor! All it shows is a scanner stamp on screen! Wish I would have bought Apple product!

I thought I was purchasing something that was a plug and go. When I received the product most of the instructions were in Chinese. Then it asked me to download an Application in order to use the product. Going on to forums and reviews off Amazon, many people they had trouble with it and after sending in their information were receiving suspicious emails. This is a total scam and I would not suggest purchasing this, go to Target and buy the real Apple converter.

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant about ordering this but I did anyway and happy I did made it so easy to play my sisters graduation slideshow on the television!
