As someone in their late 20s, I wanted to get ahead of making sure I keep my brain sharp and avoid the road of dementia I’ve had in my family. Honestly, I’m not the biggest fan of vegetables and I know I’m missing out on important nutrients. I like RELEVATE because it helps me get those nutrients and I can even already feel more energized and better mood.

Neurodegenerative disease runs in my family so I pay a lot of attention to overall brain health. I have been looking for a brain vitamin that would provide long term benefits. I exercise regularly, eat a clean diet, and get sufficient sleep daily. However, I wanted to add a brain vitamin to give me that extra amount of nutrient insurance. I found RELEVATE by searching on Amazon for brain vitamins. I know that there are a lot of brain vitamins on the market, but RELEVATE has been different. First, the ingredients are natural and higher quality forms of nutrients (and even a few nutrients I have never seen in a vitamin before)- the product simply closes the gap on nutrients that are harder to get through a typical diet. I also liked the mix of dry capsules and gel caps which makes it easier for me to take when I only have to open one bottle. I have been taking RELEVATE for a couple of months now, and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for high quality, bioavailable ingredients in a brain vitamin.

I have taken this product for over a year.I have not experienced any improvement in my memory issues and have canceled any further product shipments.

I watched my grandmother suffer greatly from Parkinson’s Disease near the last several years of her life. Her final years were spent in a nursing home - unable to speak, eat or even drink water (water had to be thickened with a special powder for her and she had to be fed exclusively through tubes).Seeing what she went through made me more mindful of preventative measures since Parkinson’s Disease might run in my family. There is currently no cure for it, so I hope to prevent it the best I can through diet and a healthy lifestyle.When I found Relevate onAmazon - I knew it could be a helpful supplement to my already healthy diet to keep my brain in tip-top shape well into my senior years.I have started supplementing my diet with RELEVATE and have already begun to see some early improvements. Since starting to use it, I have been waking up earlier (while feeling fully rested and full of energy!) and my mind also feels clearer and I am able to focus on the tasks at hand easier.

I received the supplement in a timely manner but I only had 6 days to use them before the expiration date. I know that some things can go past expiration date but for the money I paid, I’d like to have time to use them to see if they work.

With a history of Alzheimer’s and dementia in both of our families, my husband and and I (we’re both in our early forties) have taken a new interest in brain health.
