Love this power bank it is 100% compatible with the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it works great if I’m at 20% by the time that battery is completely empty. I’m usually around 80% to 90% battery so it’s definitely a lifesaver charging speeds a little on the slower side, but it does do what it’s supposed to the weight of the item is very negligible. You can’t really even tell it’s on the back of your phone the only downside to this device is that sometimes it does get a little warm.

At first when I purchased this portable charger, it seemed really nice and lightweight and it seemed like it charged fast when I put my phone on it however, I encountered an issue where when I want to charge the charging port after it runs out it doesn’t seem to take a charge now the light lights up, but it never charges again and the only way I could use it to charge. My phone is if my phone is sitting on the portable charger as the portable charger is plugged into a wall plugged unit. I also found out that the product was recalled because of the possibility that it could heat overheat and get too hot and cause a possible burn or Fire. I wanted to continue to use the portable charger for my phone because I love the fact that it was thin and lightweight and the size was good and it seemed to charge my phone right away but now I’m having issues with the fact that you can’t charge the port again Even connected to a plug and now I found out that there was a recall so I was kind of disappointed.

***UPDATE*** received word from seller and desire to stand by their product (which I appreciate).For resolution - I requested a replacement as I do like the size and weight. Replacement has been recieved. No issues as of right now. I have changed my rating based on seller communitcation and desire to correct. I will update to 5 star or lower in the next month or so.Worked somewhat great in the beginning. Got a bit hot but not too concerning. Then it just stopped working all together. Disappointing

Works as expected.Plug to charge the device & magnetizes to the back of your iPhone as advertised to charge it wirelessly.I only give it three stars because it heats up tremendously & this is concerning because not only does the device itself heat up, but this causes the phone to heat up as well.The charge, in my experience so far, is slow, but immediate, it's not delayed.Do with that information what you will. I wouldn't personally leave the device on long-term without monitoring (e.g. in a purse or one's pocket), but it works for it's intended purpose.I just don't know if I could could trust to leave it to fully charge my phone without worrying about a fire breaking out or the device combusting with how hot it gets.

A prefect little external pack that keeps your phone going for the day. A good size to carry around in a backpack, pouch or purse. No need for cables, so it's convenient. Charges pretty quickly. Great to have on trips so you'll always have your phone and keep the phone and directions going.

The battery is slim and sleek looking on the phone. Less bulk than others I've purchased in the past. Does get a little warm to the touch but expected. Good for the price considering the name brand options.

UPDATE: company contacted me and I was able to receive a full refund. I greatly appreciate the quick response and resolving this issue. I give them 4 starsI was super excited to receive my power bank. Because I’m almost completely deaf and I have to use my phone app translate where ever I go. Unfortunately it drains my phone battery super fast so I was really excited to have this power bank to help me out if I was out for the evening without having to charge my phone in an outlet well this is really poorly made it it gets super hot along with my phone and I don’t feel comfortable using it. within just a few hours of receiving it. I went to try to do a return and every time I put something in to try to return it, they say this item cannot is not refundable. how ridiculous!!!! Also when I first plugged it in, I had a heck of a time even trying to get it to charge it. finally I think just playing around with the cord finally started charging, save your money. This company is just handing out duds that don’t work and will not do a refund.
