Check the 'rake' of the roof this is going on
I wanted to improve the DAB reception on my Ford Transit Connect as the usual 'stick to screen' one was rubbish! This was relatively straightforward to install but needed a bit of drilling of the van roof to allow this to fit as the standard aerial is just a conventional radio one.The signal was considerably better with this and I've now got full strength DAB which I wasn't able to get with just a DAB aerial that was stuck to the inside of the windscreen.One caveat would be to make sure that the rake of your roof is suitable for this; it's not quite right for my van and this aerial now sticks straight up but I don't really mind as it works well!

Well worth it, much improved signal
Fitted as a replacement to my Fiat Stilo to add DAB radio. Fitting a little fiddly just because of what and where it is, however the results are well worth it. Had previously fitted the typical glass mount job that comes with DAB receivers but as normal it didn't work at all.After fitting this I've driven around for a couple of days with it and normally have full signal. I do suffer a little interference but I've had factory fit DAB vehicles that suffer the same (the radios down on the dock plays havoc with them). All in all very happy, certainly worth the extra effort and little outlay.

Doesn't work on DAB
I purchased this aerial to replace my original that didn't have dab. Fitting it was a bit of a faff, and had to order a adapter for the head unit, but the disappointing thing, it doesn't work on dab radio! It has a good signal then drops out! I contacted the seller and replied that Amazon is responsible.

Not the cheapest available but does work well
Bought this aerial to replace another which I bought which, although looked very similar didn't work, be warned. This one thankfully provides great reception on my DAB, it has good build quality and I'm very happy with it.

Not great performance.
Although it should be better than an adhesive windscreen mount version, this was poor with DAB and FM ( and yes power was applied ! )
