This is a great set, I didn’t realize it would also come with two base and top coats! So many colors and I like that the bottles are smaller. I would rather go through colors more often and get fresh product on a regular basis. There are so many colors here that inevitably someone will go bad that you don’t really use. But it still makes it worth it. The instructions are really good and detailed. My problem area that I’m working on is near the cuticle. In the photos, that’s my left hand, which I do a better job on. My right hand did have a little more peeling where the cuticle line grows out, but I think that’s user ability, because my left hand did great. I did not take a photo of the first day I did them. I took a photo at seven days and then on my pinky and thumb I added a nail sticker and then did a clearcoat over the top. My pinky that the sticker had peeled off, lasted until the evening of day 13 and I was mindlessly picking at it. So if you’re not someone who does that it would be fine. If you are using stickers, I think there’s a fine line between doing a nice thin topcoat so that it hardens really well and getting it thick enough to not have any little edge of the sticker sticking up. Which you could just do two coats I guess, I will probably try that next time. Also, I have a toddler so I wash my hands and clean all day long. Also, between day seven and day 14 my kid got sick and got me sick so there was a lot of cleaning and handwashing. Even more of a testament to how well this polish stayed on. At this point I plan on only buying this brand because it worked so well and is a good price.

Lovely colors and I apologize for my nails 💅, I'm not a nail person but got these for a separate reason.But to point out some things.They are the Smallest nail polish containers ever But that's ok, I'm using these for mini projects anyways. Also it's seems good and harden just fine. The base gel when cured will feel sticky and I figure it's because it's for the very bottom before u start.

Love the color variety!! All colors come in black glass bottles but are all labeled with color stickers. Really appreciate the added nail display for color swatches, gave we some extra practice on application. Magic works well but for extra designs you can use other ones. Come with everything you need except UV curing lamp. Haven’t had any issues with chipping yet. Application takes some practice but not too hard. Seen complaints about polish size but for just trying out I think sizes work perfect could always buy favorite color full size bottles later. I don’t think photos do colors justice especially on cat eye effects they are very vibrant and sparkly in person :)))))

Love the colors, I am a beetles fan love how pigmented the colors are. The gels are so easy to use beginner friendly for sure, don’t use it like hard gel that’s when it burns your nail bed, paint thin layers.

As a professional nail tech who was in a pinch and needed some gels quickly and cheaply, these did great.The colours are exactly as shown once you do 2 or more coats/layers.They are a little self-leveling but not much so pay attention to your strokes.The colour comes out so evenly and beautiful when you’re finished.I haven’t used the matte top coat yet so I can’t comment on that but the gloss top coat is beautiful and is a non-wipe TC so it’s great for using glitters or chrome powders!I did find that the glittery ones chipped quicker but this makes sense since the amount of glitter makes the gel harder and thus less resilient. So they’re good if you’re looking for a bit of bling for a weekend. (This is a common problem with cheaper glittery brands, if you really want long lasting glitter gels you need to go up-market to the real professional brands like KiaraSky or GelBottleInc).Considering that a primer is not needed for this set they last very well! Just be sure to buff, clean and dehydrate your nails by using a dehydrator, rubbing alcohol or acetone first to remove the oils and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before continuing with a thin layer of the base coat. If you follow these steps you won’t have issues with lifting or peeling after a few hours or days as others have mentioned. Oh and make sure you don’t flood the nail - leave the tiniest gap between where you start the gel and the skin, even around the sides to minimise more chances of lifting as well. Practise makes perfect. You don’t need to use a lot or load up the brushes with a ton of gel either, a little goes a long way and gel is all about building strength through thin layers.My favourite colours are the pale blue and the nudes. They look so great and have such a beautiful high shine polish to them that doesn’t fade over time.Hope this helps!5 stars from me!
