How long do these potatoes stay good after they are once opened

They should be good for years, as long as you repackage them in smaller portions in air-tight containers. Adding an oxygen removal pack to each smaller container would be suggested, also.

Has anyone opened and tasted yet? After rehydrated do they have an off taste or just like a regular potato? Thx for any help

I can taste the potato like it is fresh. my problem is getting it to rehydrate. Boiled for 20 minutes and still firm. Soaked for 24 hours and another boil and still not there but if your hungry, it is potatoes.
