I ordered 4 packets of Zirtek but only received two packets.Please send the other two I have paid for.

I think these are not the genuine product. The packaging was a slightly different colour compared to my store bought ones and they seem to be having zero effect on my hayfever and cat allergy symptoms. I always use Zirtek as they are one of the few brands that works for me but this batch seem useless. Still have full blown hayfever.
