This brand and this product was recommended to me. And I have only used it a week but I think it is helping. I like that you do not have to refrigerate it. The bottle is large, but it comes with only 30 in it.So at first you think it isn't a full order because the bottle is so much bigger than it needs to be.

I’ve been on a very expensive probiotic for years. After being diagnosed with a UTI, it was suggested that I try this type of probiotic. I can’t even describe the difference it has made for me.

I really like the features of the probiotics. It's Non-GMO and Gluten-Free which is a big win for me. Especially thrilled with the 100 Billion CFU content, it's quite potent. Also, the small capsule size is a bonus, making it much easier to swallow. Overall, this is a top-notch product that I'd definitely recommend.

So much space for such little amount of capsules. Also, I only received 28 capsules instead of the listed 30. I counted twice to make sure.I hope to update once I give it a few days.

These are absolutely the best if you have gut issues. Probiotics are also a great supplement if you have mood-related issues, as they affect the gut-brain axis. I find they work best as the last thing before bed (at least 3 hours after a meal) or first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast.
