I purchased a few set of these Hip Hop costume sets to use for my daughters DJ Skating Party. They worked for photo ops and for general dancing and fun. It was a fun addition to the party. The kids really liked them. We did not use the white paint pen. I purchased the set for $22.99 which was a little more expensive than the other sets I purchased. I think the price is too high for what you get. It was not more fancy or special than the other cheaper sets I got. I would just say shop around to make sure you get what you want at a fair price. I give it 4 stars only because I think it's priced a little too high.
