Got these in xl to fit uk size 14. I did end up having to undo the seam around the leg holes as the hard edge dug in and otherwise would have given a very visible panty line. They definitely perk up the bum but the pads move around a bit inside their pockets and if you're not careful you end up with remarkably highly placed buttocks lol. This might only be the case if you're sitting down a lot though. The circumference of the pads could have benefited from being a bit bigger. The waist is nice and high but does roll down a little bit unfortunately. Still, all things considered, they are very handy if you need a bit more ooomph in that area in certain outfits.

These Butt lifters are very nice on and in comfortable material but a little on the tight side,, however that could just be me so I don't want to comment too much about the size. I would recommend them. You get a very subtle lift not over exaggerated so anyone looking for a J Lo bum maybe a bit disappointed.

Ok but leaves a visible line where the padding starts (not great for waring a dress for example)

Great value product which did exactly as I wanted lifting my bottom & smoothing out my tummy & hips at the same time so my tight dresses look much better now . I honestly can't even express how happy I am with this product. I have a very small bum that I'm really self conscious about. I can finally wear skinny jeans without feeling like people are looking at my flat bum! Gives you a nice rounded look, that looks natural.
