Works but the taste is rancid
My daughter caught pinworms from school and everyone in our household had to take it. Be careful if you have any issues with low sugar. I got so sick like my sugar was bottoming out and it took hours to feel better(I had previously ate). My kids had no side effects from it.

A must have
My families Go too for worm removal. It doesn't taste the greatest but works the best. I have had to buy this numerous times because my 4 yr old is a wild man and is always in the dirt or rolling around with the dogs or chickens. He has had worms 2 times in 2 yrs. Lol. He likes to eat everything from rocks to dirt to sand. Reeses pinworm is a life saver. Yes my kids mildly fight me to take it, but it always clears the problem. Simple to use. Just drink it and poop. Lol wish it was a little cheaper but I don't think the average person needs it as often as we do. When a kid gets worms it's a nightmare, they get a rash and are up all night and super crabby. This stuff stops it in a few days. Just don't forget to retreat. Will continue to buy.

Worm-free!
Well, I can say this much, this stuff really works. I had no idea most people have parasites and don't know it. Recommended by a friend of mine and I am so glad that I purchased this. It worked almost immediately (within 24 hours) and I could tell the difference immediately. Good stuff, works well.

Hard to rate
I had classic symptoms but after using this medication there were no stool signs to confirm it was any type of recognizable parasite. It's hard to rate this because how do you know how well it works if you don't have an infection and visual evidence to say it worked? How does one know this just didn't work? See the problem?I don't regret using it as precautionary measure, but you need to be careful with internet scare tactics that want everyone to believe they have worms. The people pulling the strings are making money from it. It's just common sense. I think this proves that you need to have not only symptoms, but also visual evidence and test evidence to make a determination. Again, the doctor should be involved, if for nothing else than an extra layer.I did not get any side effects from it. It did not harm me in any way. It tastes fine. It's milky. Shake it well. There are two bottles in the box. While it says family size, the reality is that the average 180+ male is going to use one bottle himself. So if you have multiple children, you are going to need more bottles than this provides to treat the entire family. It's not expensive so that is reasonable if.....if.....you have good evidence to indicate it is needed at all.I'd also like to state that one of the reasons it is not common in the US, even though some opportunists would claim otherwise, is not only because of sanitation but because of diet. We eat a lot of foods that contain natural irritants for parasites. Our guts are not pleasant places for them. If you're like me and eat a Mediterranean diet, high in garlic and vinegar, you're probably not a good host for them. Even the additives in our tap water is not pleasant to them and one of the reasons it is treated! It's fact, regardless of the grand conspiracy claims of some irresponsible people. If you do believe you are infected, there is nothing wrong with using this but please follow up with your doctor regarding your concerns. I know some of them can be dismissive but at least try.I'm going to give this drug the benefit of the doubt, but also take away one star because I do not believe it provides enough to treat the average US family size. Dad lone is taking up one bottle! LOL Increase the bottle content a little and I would be more forgiving.

It worked, but the bottle doesn't contain a full ounce.
It worked! The itching is gone, so I know those free-loading worms are gone. I didn’t much care for the taste, but I’ve had worse tasting remedies.I didn’t give 5 stars, because part of the liquid had turned thick and gelatinous, and had to be jolted out of the little bottle. It was like a glob of school glue that had partly dried as if someone left the cap off for a while. I wasn’t sure the dose hadn’t lost it’s effectiveness. But in the end (pun happily used) it has apparently worked. The cost was worth it to end my pin worm suffering. It took nearly a year to figure out the cause. All eight people in my house had to take it, because pin worms are so contagious. I’ll have to fork over lots more money to do the second round and possibly a third round to make sure a re-infestation doesn’t happen for any of us.For myself, alone, this is the beginning of a total parasite cleanse. I’m continuing on with an herbal that targets any and all parasites. This will be a 90 day incursion. I want all the freeloaders dead and gone. Thank you Reese’s for the first air-strike.BUT: The bottle says it contains 1 ounce. I know one ounce is two Tablespoons. Two tablespoons is 6 teaspoons. The largest dose is 4 teaspoons. This should mean there are 2 teaspoons left in the bottle after my husband takes his. Nope! There are only 4 teaspoons in each bottle. This is only 2/3 of what the packages says it contains. So if you are trying to figure how many bottles you need, you have to factor with only 4 teaspoons per bottle. That ultimately means it will cost you more than you plan , or you will come up short for your family.

Deworming
It's that time of year where you need to deworm your dogs it got the job accomplished and now my dogs are back healthy and eating all their food and no longer containing worms they were able to get rid of them off.
