Empower Medicine Ball for Women, Exercise Weight Ball for Strength Training, Cardio, Soft Fingertip-Grip Surface

Having a chronic pain condition that is either sciatica or something like it ....... I bought two of these. I am a 5'8", 130 lb female. I sleep with them to provide support when my pain makes it necessary to apply pressure or elevation of some part of my body. They are heavy, do not move around, remain at a comfortable temperature. So forget sports, this product is medicinal for people with chronic pain.

I love this medicine ball, but be aware that it's not like a "normal" medicine ball. It's rubbery and inflatable like a playground ball and is weighted with a sandbag on the inside. It doesn't bounce and it's a little squishy. I love that I can get a good grip, especially if my hands feel sweaty. The sand on the inside also shifts with movement, which I like. I have the 10# and an 8# - they definitely give you, or add to, a challenging workout.

I love throwing the ball in the air, doIng lunges with it. I even add it to my home aerobic routine. I can feel the burn when using it. Just don’t leave it on your laminate floor.

Great product, arrived fast and great price! Only thing keeping this product from a 5 star rating was that the ball didn't come with handles. I purchased this item for my 10 year old who is using it to condition for pitching and she has a hard time controlling the ball without after extended pest of training. Other than than that she loves it and has seen great improvement in her strength!

Love this medicine ball for my ab workouts. My personal trainer introduced this little gem and I love it! I've always seen it around at the gyms but never asked how to use it. It's slip-proof and easy to grasp.

This is a nice medicine ball for slamming down. It's a good light weight. Easy to grip and hold. Much better than normal medicine balls hard or leather. Going to order more.

The ball is now sticky. It leaves marks on any table its left on. It feels like the rubber is breaking down and I have only had it a 2 months. Other than that I like the durability of it and the over all look of it is nice. The window to return this ball is closed however and if I had bought from a store I would defiantly be taking it back.

I love the "texture" of this medicine ball. It helps grip it better as you are working out. Our family is a sweaty bunch, and the indentions help hold the ball when you are sweaty. Great product.
