Bad customer service
Unfortunately, mine broke straight away. After inserting the mini usb, the inside of the lamp broke so it could not get plugged in or turned on. I messaged the seller who kindly agreed to send a new one without me even having to return the broken one. After a few days I tried to follow up, and a few days after that I tried to follow up again as I had been waiting for a week or 2 at this point. For some reason the seller ignored me and hasn’t replied to my questions as to where the replacement was since (it’s been about 3/4 weeks). I then submitted a return of the broken one and got a full refund. If it had worked it looks okay, I like the digital timer, and it packs away tidily thanks to the folding function. It is quite big although it can be flattened. And very lightweight.
