Big calorie boost and perfect for anyone trying to put on weight. The taste is good, mixes well, and it’s very filling. I’ve noticed real progress in training since adding this to my routine.

I mix mine with milk and some times with ice cream as well, it is really good. I've tried them all in the past, strawberry is the best tasting and dissolves the best. It is really sweet though.I don't know what people are complaining about, the scoop is half the diameter of the lid.

This stuff is good. I defo notice a difference in weight gain when I drink these shakes, and the powder dissolves so easily and creates a nice smooth easy to drink protein shake. It’s not thick like other shake powders

Does the job, compared to other protein powder this tastes the most bareable by far. By all means it doesn't taste nice but I can force it down without needing to be sick, good contents which makes me stick to this during a bulk. Expensive but I know what I'm getting so it I make it work for me
