This migraine cap has been a lifesaver. I keep it in the freezer so it’s always ready, and the cold plus the pressure gives instant relief. It blocks out light too, which makes it easier to rest. Comfortable to wear and stays cold for a decent amount of time—definitely worth having if you deal with migraines or tension headaches. I keep two on hand just in case it doesn’t stay cold long enough. It does have an unpleasant freezer smell after a while but it does such a good job that I can look past it.

This product is a life saver when I get a migraine! I had to start leaving it in the fridge instead of the freezer though because it got too cold. There is no odd smell, ot fits very snugg so it almost feels weighted and it covers your eyes and stays there without having to readjust.

I am in love and disipointed at the same time. This one stayed cool intensely for about 20 min but then was completely warm with in 45 min. However I loved that I was able to put it on my head and continue to go about the evening routine with the kids in a good mood because it slightly elevated the pain and stoped it from getting worse and turning into a migraine.Update: so I bought 3 different brands this one is not my favorite when a migraine is in full swing, however at the slightest onset of a headache/ potential migraine I put it on and it stops it in its tracks. It’s also a nice little way to paper yourself with sleeping with it at night especially after a day in the sun. I’m starting to love this ice pack.
