Great size, fresh-tasting water, and easy to use!
I’ve been using this Brita UltraMax for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for my kitchen. The 27-cup capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly, even with multiple people using it. The water tastes fresh and clean every time, and I’ve noticed a big improvement compared to tap water. The dispenser fits nicely in my fridge, and the spout works smoothly without dripping. Refilling is simple, and the filter is easy to replace. Plus, it looks sleek and minimal. If you drink a lot of water or have a family, this is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

My favorite filtered water dispenser!
I recently got the Brita Ultra Max for my home and it's honestly become a staple in our kitchen. Right off the bat, this thing holds a ton of water about 27 cups which means I only need to refill it every couple of days. That's a huge win during busy work weeks. The setup was straightforward. Filling the reservoir and letting it filter through took just a few minutes, and once it was ready wow the water tasted noticeably smoother and cleaner than tap water. Not just lesschlorine, but even ordinary mineral flavors seem muted now. The dispenser itself is impressively well built. The sturdy handle makes it easy to lift, and the strong spigot dispenses water cleanly with no drips or mess. I keep it on my counter and it doesn't feel oversized or cluttered. In fact, we use it so often that our refrigerator barely gets touched now especially when I'm grabbing water for coffee or cooking.Overall, I'd highly recommend the Brita Ultra Max for anyone who wants easy access to cleaner, better tasting drinking water especially in a household of two or more. It's large, reliable, and really takes the hassle out of staying hydrated.

Great for Big Families – Clean Water All Day!
This Brita UltraMax dispenser is a total game changer in our home! It holds a lot of water, so we’re not constantly refilling it. The filter works perfectly, and the water tastes so fresh and clean. It fits well in the fridge and the spout makes it super easy to use — even for the kids. Highly recommend if you want to stay hydrated and save money on bottled water!

Excellent!!!
We ordered this hoping it would help after getting a new well put in. We got a water testing kit for basic testing and our water is pretty good. It has a high total alkalinity, which was really the only thing really out of whack. Iron, pH, bacteria, sulfide, manganese, hardness, mercury, nitrates were all normal. We have a filter on the water coming into the house and this just filters it more. From the tap the total alkalinity was at the 240 range which was the highest measurement. With the Brita it measured 180.So it did help. The water does taste a little bit better too.I can't say anything about the other trace elements because we didn't have them in our water, but it did lower the total alkalinity to normal levels so it is doing something. The slim design fits perfectly in our side by side fridge and I do love having the spout on the front is great for filling glasses and water bottles. So far there have been no leaks from the spout or the container. Of course user error when filling the top while it's still in the fridge or a cat tripping you up on the way to put it back in said fridge cannot be blamed on Brita. The filters are very fast, much faster than the old ones that I used to have. However, when it starts getting full, the filter does slow down, but...physics. So not too surprising. The filter will be very fast until the water rises above the bottom of the filter, then it will slow down...a lot. But it will still filter. I just keep water in the top until the bottom fills up.There is an indicator on top to let you know when to change the filter. Not sure how it works, but it lights up every time I close the lid. Time will tell. That reminds me, I need to order filters so I have them on hand. Sigh.I do keep a pitcher to fill the top so I don't have to carry it from the sink to the fridge. It's not too heavy if it's empty and you are only filling the top, but water weight begins to add up. 1 gallon = about 9 pounds, roughly. So it's up to you haw much you want to carry. Keeping a pitcher to fill up the top is much easier, and remember the cat, sometimes safer. Also if you have dogs, small children, etc. It's also wonderful not having to spend money on cases of water bottles every month!! Less waste and save money! It works great, functional, and actually did make a difference in my water testing.I do recommend it. Better than the old Brita pitcher and the filters are better too. So far!

Perfect compact pitcher
This Brita water pitcher has been a great addition to our refrigerator. I love that it's compact enough to fit easily in the fridge without taking up too much space but still holds enough water to keep up with our family's daily use. The clear design looks really sleek and clear, it’s nice to see exactly how much water is left at a glance. The filter works great too, our tap water tastes so much better now. Setup was simple, and the filter reminder on the lid is super helpful. Definitely worth the buy if you're looking for a small but reliable and durable water filter pitcher.

Practical and efficient, but with some drawbacks
The Brita UltraMax is a large water dispenser with a 27-cup capacity, ideal for families or having filtered water always on hand. I really like its sleek white design, which fits easily into any kitchen. The included BritaPlus filter does a good job reducing chlorine, limescale, and other unwanted tastes, leaving the water tasting cleaner and fresher. Another plus is the flip-top lid, which makes filling the dispenser easier without spills. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The filtration process is somewhat slow when filled to capacity, which can be inconvenient if you need water quickly. Also, although the capacity is large, it takes up quite a bit of fridge space, so it’s not ideal for small kitchens. The lid sometimes doesn’t seal perfectly, so it’s important to make sure it’s properly in place to avoid leaks.Overall, the Brita UltraMax performs well in filtering and storing water, providing cleaner, better-tasting water, but small inconveniences prevent it from earning five stars. It’s a solid choice for those who prioritize quantity and taste, though the size and filtration speed could be improved.
