This is the best value for Urolithin A! Great dosage level for serious athletes. I started taking this after hearing about it on performance podcast. I was skeptical at first despite the multiple studies. However personally I found an increase in my endurance as measured by VO2 max, HRV, and perceived fatigue. I enjoy the dosage as it’s easy to just take two easy to swallow capsules 30 min prior to my work out. This is a high quality product, effective, with great health and performance benefits. Started researching your lithium after our had a couple of articles on it. I tried two other products before I landed on the Nepeolithia brand. I really like the high potency. After taking your lithium for about two months now I can honestly say I feel a huge improvement in my strength and physical ability. I am 71 years old and preparing for a high altitude trek. I bought this thinking it was clean label with no artificial colors. Shell has a colorant added and is clearly not on the label. I was curious so i cut open a capsule. Also what is the brown and clear liquid? Im requesting a refund!!

I had never heard of Urolithin A before but a good friend of mine emailed me about it. Once I did some research I followed his recommendation for this particular company's product. I haven't been taking it that long and have to admit that I only take 1 capsule a day but have found that it is a game changer for me. I have lots more energy and no longer feel the need to nod off during the day. I am a pretty hard sell on new stuff but was pleasantly surprised with this product! I think there will only be more improvement as time goes on.
