A good replacement cable, sound improvements or not.
very nice cable. Easy to coil, doesn’t tangle as badly as some I have, and not too thumpy.Tolerance on the MMCX connectors seems off as one ear spins around and one doesn’t when connected to my Pinnacle PXes, which the stock cable did not do. The colour is so much more satisfying than the black cable they came with, and much more flexible and somewhat lighter. I couldn’t be bothered to listen with the plain copper cable for an audible difference with the silver to be honest, so I’m not going to comment on the auditory effects, other than the lack of booming while walking. It is definitely no worse, and was a bargain compared to other silver cables.

Fundamental flaw mire the otherwise nicely built cable
I read all of the reviews for the prior version of this headset cable, MEE audio MMCX Headset Cable with In-line Remote and Microphone for Pinnacle P1 in-ear headphones (black) but figured that all of the issues were sorted out on this new and improved model. Doesn't seem like that is the case.Others noted that audio would cut out on a channel, and the usual culprit was the MMCX connector on that channel. This is the exact issue that I'm facing. The left channel cuts in and out whenever the MMCX connector moves about. Which, unfortunately, is often. These are headphones after all. I tried to will it to normalcy by connecting/disconnecting the MMCX connector several times, but no change. My IEM's work just fine on their original cable, and they work fine on the Right channel which has a significantly tighter fit out of the box.An RMA later, and the replacement pair have the same problem, but this time on the Right channel. I could DIY my problems away, but I'm reluctant to. The stock Shure cable has a small toothed compression washer on the MMCX connector. The MEE Audio cables do not. I bet that washer soaks up the slop of a poor fit quite nicely. Moving them over I'm "Shure" would solve the issue. Other fixes are to gently crimp the insertion plug of the MMCX so it's imperceptibly ovoid. Another is to gently enlarge the retention ring on the insertion plug. Yeah, not gonna try that either. An MMCX connector is mighty small and I'm going to mangle it... Ah well...The build quality otherwise seems quite nice, and everything else works as it should. Could be that MMCX connectors used for IEM are simply problematic and a better solution should be implemented/designed. At this point, I'm just going to return everything. The RMA through MEE Audio was super speedy with a prepaid return label. Support was excellent overall.

Just buy it! MEE audio MMCX High-Fidelity Silver-Plated Cable.
I don't subscribe to the "silver makes it sound better" camp. With that aside, I can tell you about the positives of this cable. Some background: I am using it with Shure SE215 IEMs.This cable is absolutely 100% more comfortable than the stock Shure cable. I also wear glasses and it allows me to wear the cable over my ear without the issues I experienced with the Shure cable. The cable feels well made and aesthetically is pleasing. In A/B testing I couldn't tell the difference in sound quality, using a Schiit Fulla 2, listening to an array of FLAC audio files. I also tested it on my iPhone 6s+ running Tidal HIFI, and couldn't discern a difference in sound. So why should you spend the extra on this cable? Comfort, Fitment with the Shure IEMs, Aesthetically pleasing design. That was enough for me.

Not worth paying extra for the High Fidelity option
I bought these for my Shure SE535 headphones, my stock cable shorted out after 3 years of use, unfortunately the first 3rd party replacement I bought only lasted a few months, so I decided to try these. The good: cables seem sturdy and like they will hold up. Like, they genuinely seem like good quality cables for what you pay. However, here's the bad stuff: the sound quality is disappointing. I paid extra for the "High Fidelity" option but upon switching cables it became immediately apparent that these affect the clarity and sound quality of the treble. I've always been on the fence about whether or not a cable actually affects sound quality, but this was night and day. They just don't sound very good. On top of that, the texture of these cables makes them very tangly, and they get caught on things much easier than other cables I've used. They are quiet cables though, there is very little noise when they brush against clothes etc.

Niiiiiice
I'm really impressed by this cable. Excellent craftsmanship. Really light weight and unobtrusive. No fuss cable with no microphonics noticeable. Sounds great (but this bit is always subjective).I LOVE this cable. I go through a lot of these cables, but this is probably my favorite overall value i've found.

Excellent cable, with fatal problems.
Wow, this cable is really nice. Cable seems to be very durable but unfortunately that cable has already died on my right side because of some cutting out. The cable, around where it wraps around my ears, lacks any kind of stiffening material and has already begun dying at the end of it's first day of usage. I think I am going to give up on mmCx connectors as they all seem to be horrible. Don't buy this, and avoid mmcx connectors in general. Guess i can throw away my Shure Se215s which sound great but are garbage with this connector.

Works great for replacing a MEE Pinnacle P2 cable
Works great for replacing a MEE Pinnacle P2 cable. It seems that everyone having trouble with MEE MMCX cables have Shure earbuds. Maybe it's time for the two companies to compare schematics? Not sure about the twisted cable. Will update if durability becomes an issue... the original P2 cable broke within 3 months at the jack.

Good quality!
cable has a tight braid. feels sturdy. I'm using it with my final audio e4000 and the it makes it look premium. soundwise, it added a little bit of brightness, and I prefer it that way since the final audio e4000 has a warm tonality.

faulty cable
bought a replacement as my previous cable had begun fraying for one earphone, first use of this brand new one and already this it's doing the same, for the opposite earbud.

Wish all cables were this good.
I purchased this cable to replace the stock cables i had for my Aurisonics Kickers. The stock cable is terrible, hard to get around the ear and the chin slider is horrible. This cable improves on all these areas. Can't say it really added to the quality of sound as my previous cable, but this to me, is minor. I would recommend to anyone who has IEM'S with MMCX connectors.
