This product is bogus. I am going to have to buy another set of hatch struts. These only lasted 20 days....20 DAYS. I was driving home from work yesterday and I hear this very loud bang coming from the rear. I had boxes in the back so I figured it was something that just fell over even though there was nothing that heavy back there. Low and behold when I tried to open my rear hatch this am it was heavy...no effing way...lifted it all the way up and it had come out of the top strut on the right side...so I put it back in and when I go to close the hatch it pops off again. This is ridiculous.

Purchased June 21, 2018 for my 2016 4Runner. Only lasted 2 years. You think 2 years is a good amount of time? No. They don’t build anything like they used to. These shocks should have lasted longer then my 4Runner. Very disappointed. Will not buy on amazon again.

Worked great for my 2016 4Runner. Easy to install and use.

Easy to install and saved a bunch of money doing it myself and not using the dealer.

These worked perfectly for our 2017 Toyota 4 Runner, They are a little stiffer than the original ones but they work perfectly!
