So far so good. Only have been taking it for about a week and am already down 5 lbs. Not going to fully credit this supliment though as I am also working on eating better and getting back to the gym. That being said I've done this in the past and didn't see such quick results. It is nice to have the extra jump start as to help not get discouraged. Will update after further use, such as next week when getting to the gym will be impossible.

Great product just to many pills at once. 3 in the morning and 3 at night.

I have tried other dietary supplements in the past, and didn't see a change after using. I always struggled with weightloss even with regular diet and exercise. I decided to give Garcinia Cambogia a try.The package was not messy or damaged nor was the bottle. I'm excited to add this in with my daily exercise routine, with determination of getting to my goal with if not better and sooner than I anticipate. I started it when I recieved it, I felt some of a energy boost which I need. Your not going to see a difference in a week but you will have energy boosted. Give it some time and you will see a difference. within the time that I been taking it I have dropped around 10 pounds, amd down in pant size from a 11/12 to a 8/9. I am glad they have this product out. I tried other gracina products with a lower hca but when I received this one of higher hca is when I started seeing a difference. The higher the hca the better.For the people that say it don't work you have to give it atlatleast 2 weeks to see results also of you don't notice it working get your thyroid level checked as it plays a part in weightloss.

Really, what did I expect, results? I noticed no effects what so ever.

Gives me energy while curbing my appetite. I also notice that I feel full quicker. There is only one problem I've noticed, I tend to get a headache when I take the recommended amount. This headache lasts all day and nothing seems to relieve it. But for weight loss, the product works. I would have scored this product 5 stars if not for the constant headache it causes me.
