It seems very protective but in the nights when lights are off, it will be very difficult to press the right button because it does block the backlights, you will have the touch screen to change the channels but I usually use the Guide button so I need to remove the lower protective cover to get access to the actual remote and see backlights to be able to press the right button.

Great way of protection my Harmony remote!!, also I just need to remove (fast and easy) the lower part of the case to put the control in its charger.

The media could not be loaded.  The buttons work well with the silicone sleeve. The problem is the bottom half does not fit in the charging cradle with the sleeve. Not sure if anyone else has the same problem but I posted a video and pics showing I at least had that problem.I am not returning it - it’s not worth my time and the top half works lol! Disappointing nonetheless.

Fits the remote right so it’s a nice fit but it will not fit the docking station with it on, you have to remove the bottom half when you want to charge your remote.

This product will give you ok protection from scratches and minor drops. My main issue is not having the keys lit. In the day, it's fine. But try using this remote in a darkened room. Unless you've memorized the layout, you will need some external lights to see the keys.Ok, but not great.

You do have to remove the lower piece to charge it, but there is no way around that.

The cover really does fit like a glove and gives the remote a nice feel, but nowhere is it mentioned that you will no longer have backlit buttons. Perhaps that should seem obvious, but not knowing exactly what this cover was made of, I never gave it a thought. After paying a lot for this remote, with backlit buttons being essential to my purchase of the remote, it's going to stay naked.
