I purchased these to use in physical therapy exercises for my plantar fasciitis. Can't beat the price, fast shipping and received on time. Pods are constructed of heavy vinyl and seem very durable. The pods arrive inflated, but you can add more air via the bottom of each with a needle-style ball pump.I have been using these for several days now and have already seen marked results in my foot pain. I couldn't be happier.

These balance pods are really nice. They are pokey, but not too much, and it is fun standing and balancing on them. After a session my feet feel very good and soft. It would have been perfect if both had been inflated to the same fullness. Now one of them is a bit unstable because it is too full.

Pods are fine, have been durable so far (I stand on them while I work - both sides are nice for variety). For some reason I was expecting a pump to be included - for the ones I received, they were already inflated and had no pump. Hoping they do not deflate over time!

I thought you would be able to add air to these. I find them too squishy. I try and use them to keep my wrists straight when doing push-ups...not very effective. Disappointed.
