It’s a replacement for OEM Nordyne part number 903908
It fit perfectly and only took a few minutes to swap out the bad motor and get my Heat/AC back up and running. It even came with new longer mounting screws to accommodate the thicker (better) rubber shock mounts. Also the new motor has a different style connector but comes with a short conversion harness that allows it to plug into the original connector on the furnace. BTW, I also replaced the capacitor because it was the same age as the failed motor and every new motor deserves a new capacitor. A very well done kit - highly recommended.

Works great. Complicated to install.
This thing works as expected. Have been using it for months without any issues. Make sure to grab the right capacitor for it and replace that also. More often than not if the motor is bad the capacitor is not far behind it.

Easy to swap after the original failed.
I bought this almost one year ago and didn't replace the existing motor until today. My old motor of 23 years finally gave up. The swap was easy, but I also took the time to clean out the fan assembly itself (highly recommended after 23 years). I also swapped out the run capacitor, the new motor starts up very quickly compared to the old.
