is this cassava flour white like normal flour or chaser and yellowy?

Hi, it's not pure white. It's an off white sort of oatmeal colour. We make our pizza bases with it and it's divine.

Is the packaging recyclable?

This packaging is not recyclable at this present time, We are in the process of changing all our packaging into recyclable, bio degradable products but this process wont be complete until the beginning of next year.

Is sulphur dioxide used in the production of this product?
