Berlitz Language: Essential German (Berlitz Essential) Paperback – 28 Jan. 2005

I haven't got very far into this book yet, but it could really do with a CD like the Essential Japanese book that I already own. As that would help a lot with learning the proper pronunciation.

Very good text for language learning and pronunciation.

Book arrived promptly and was in perfect condition, exactly as descibed.the book is comprehensive and a good way to start learning German i am already getting the hang of some of the basics.I havent read any others so have nothing to compare it to, but i would say this is a good starting book.
