Good suppliment during the fall and winter months
Came in a glass container. Taste is not and was never to my likings. When I was a child my Father would line us up, each morning and pour a good amount without measurement Down our throat. Now that I am old I take it to strengthen my bones and joints. I base it with fresh orange juice. The price is good. It taste and smells as it should , Cod liver oil.

Liquid gives best results
Suffering from Stiff fingers, and difficulty gripping, I was advised to take cod liver oil so took capsules for ages with no improvement. I changed to the liquid form and amazing results after about 3 weeks. No more problems!

This is the original Cod Liver Oil. It has more Cod Liver Oil than the Fish oil and includes Vitamin A and D. Although the price seems high the latest Seven Seas Oil! More Fish oil than Cod Liver Oil, which costs £24 for the same quantity. I shall be purchasing this in future.
