This is a great quality item perfect for teaching my son defense and pushing through the drills definitely recommend

Great mat for High School PE & more
I used these mats for my PE High school classes for our self defense unit. The stitching and the weight of the mats are great and its great for my classes.I would recommend this pad for upper middle school, HS and adults since I can see it being heavy for little ones. I could also see it working well for football but we don't have a team at our school yet.. I also appreciate that GoSport will donate a ball to kids in need. Thanks!

Good to practice
Easy to carry and great to have if you have a child who plays football and wants to get some additional practice. This could even be fun if you just have boys and they like to play outside. I have a 9 year old football player and he uses it to practice, but also takes it out when playing with his brothers/ cousins.

Built for hard use!!
Thrilled!! This is just like the pads we used in high school. I'm working with my son at home and this pad holds up to his 200 lbs coming at me! Thick vinyl and stiff padding! If you're going to abuse equipment this will hold up!

Decent
This seems to be decent enough for what it is. It’s a little hard and probably needs to be broken in a bit before it softens up. It’s just a little small for its intended purpose. Probably fine for youth/smaller players. If it was a little bigger I’d consider it almost perfect. Overall I gave it 4 stars because it serves its purpose. Using it in the driveway for my son to practice driving in taking contact and finishing layups.
