Easy to assemble and at 70 to 110 lbs, this is giving me a good workout. I ordered to strengthen my arms and shoulders, as when I turned 70 years old, I noticed I had lost some strength in my arms. Muscle loss is inevitable as we age, but I want to keep as much muscle as possible. It is sturdy and provides great resistance.

I love how portable and compact this arm trainer is. I can easily use it at home or take it to the office. A must-have for a quick upper body workout.
