Which one erases and colors easier, black or white? How do you get on a toy tester list?

I don't have the white one, but the black one writes so nice and it's so colorful. We just subscribe to the Lalaloopsy newsletter and we got this toy to test. We didn't even know that they would send us this doll. I thought it was a mini.. we were surprised. in my opinion, i think the color would stand out more with the black doll. enjoy.

anyone tried any other pens that will work? Once these dry out, what are we supposed to use? They sure don't last very long...

The ones from LaLa Loopsy haven't dried out yet for us but they will dry out quickly if you don't replace the caps. I'm not sure if dipping them in water will help as its liquid chalk.

Can you buy replacement pens ?

I was only able to find one web address for these pens and they are pricey. Go to "Lalaloopsy Markers by Lalaloopsy - EverAfterGuide.com" and type in "Lalaloopsy Markers". All other sites such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, ToysRUs, Kmart, or Kohl's show them as unavailable or not carried.

Are there refills available for when the colors run out?

I have looked and looked for refills, and have yet to find any. Or even any sign they exist. I'd have to say no.
