its quite itchy but it might just be a problem for me as my dad also bought one and he had no complaints. bit big though so get either one or two sizes down

It's comfortable and does stretch to fit, but it doesn't do quite the job I expected it to doThere's not a whole lot of difference when Im wearing it to when I'm not

Small is way too small, had to cut it off my body as it got stuck.

using the size guide getting the XL being in my size range the product feels really good quality fabric and has great elasticity pulling my belly in and my back feels like a great support, this is great value for money for what feels like great Fabric, it was a tight fit and required two of us to put it on and off so be careful of you suffering a bad back because you do make some funny shapes.

Really badly made but does work. After a couple of washes will probably deteriorate even more but only time will tell.

I bought this product to help me achieve a better shape. As others have said, it's no substitute for training and loosing weight - but, in a pinch, it does give you a better shape under a shirt. I originally purchased a medium size and, whilst it did help, I got a small and sent the medium back. I would suggest getting a size smaller than you think you need - well, at least that's what worked for me.

It does a good job of holding everything in place and gives some extra support to your back as well if you suffer from sore backs. Downside though is the material is very itchy against the skin after wearing for a while. On the black coloured ones you can seeafyer taking it off black "oose" from the vest on your back and chest. Which I presume is causing the itching
