I didn't think so....I just use regular hair spray now.

It is a holding spray to keep hair in place. There are no running fibers down your face. Yes you can wear a hat & sweat with it. there will be no trace of run-ons.

Q: Can you sleep without fibres coming out and how long does hold last?

Yes you can sleep with it snd it stays until you wash it out

Q: How many shampoos will this last?

I have had to redo this product after shampooing. It holds up to perspiration and other moisture, but not to my shampooing.
