Refreshing. A very useful guide.
Prior to trying this diet plan I found the only way I could achieve my goals meant needing a few days a week to eat more than usual. Of course, eventually getting out of the habit of healthy eating. These recipes however are perfect for me, conducive to keeping a low calorie diet, whilst feeling energised to go about the day. The recipes are tasty yet simple, and incorporate my favourites like brown rice, it's a serious cookbook for those who genuinely want to plan their meals instead of dabble in healthier eating. Most dishes have a wholesome element to them, loaded with plenty of vegetables. Overall, it's been great for helping me stick to my goals.

Straight forward and good
I have purchased this 1200-calorie diet pack book because I did not want to have a trial and error approach on weight loss; I needed something achievable. I was familiar with the diet that was used my Dr. Nowzaradan but I did not know how to do that myself. It is easy to follow along and to get a clear plan of action when reading this book. It lays it all out in a step-by-step process and that actually made me less anxious and much more assured that I could make a change. My favorite thing is that it is very neat. It has a complete 60-day plan on meals, so I did not need to guess about what to eat daily. All the food is easy to prepare and the recipes do not require lots of fancy stuff.

This is a great book that has helped me to get to grips with this diet. I have been trying to lose weight for my wedding this year and wasn’t sure where to start. But this has really helped! I’m impressed with the variety of meals which all look delicious, and has helped me to enjoy the low calories. The instructions seem pretty clear and easy to follow which is great.
