Melatonin Crème (The Sleep Hormone) 2 oz. Bottle Made In The USA

I am a big fan of Natural Radiance's hormone creams. They have literally changed my life and replaced the need to take hormone pills entirely. Now this melatonin creme is helping me with my life-long insomnia. I put it on my wrists the same time every night and then take Vitamin D3 in the mornings as sunshine. I live in Michigan so we have little sun compared to other parts of the country, thus, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is a concern as well as insomnia. It's easy to fall out of natural rhythms when the cues like sunshine are absent for long periods. I have been using this product religiously for my sleeping disorder. I see a little improvement.

I am using this product to calm Restless Leg Syndrome at night. It helps me and there is no perfume to bother my allergies.

I love this cream. It absorbs well. I think my skin looks better since I've been using it for about 5 weeks. It has helped the lines under my eyes, also; so I quit using expensive eye cream. I LOVE that it is Fragrance FREE! Please don't change the cream or add perfumes!

The only thing I would like to change about this product is the way it's dispensed. It's hard to just get a little. One push on the top and you get what I feel is often too much. Otherwise, it's wonderful not having to wait for a pill to work. I used it a lot when I was a caregiver for my husband and had trouble sleeping due to stress. I have to say that sometimes I needed the full dose that was dispensed.

This cream helps me sheep at night.

It arrived but I have used it very little at this time so cannot really rate it.

It seems to really work. I think it works better than taking melatonin in the pill form. I only have to use one pump, and I am off to sleep.
