Q: Has anyone else noticed the creAm turns grey-isy after opening?

Yes. According to the Bioderma website, the grayish beige color is due to the ingredients in the Cicabio Cream.

Q: Can anyone confirm if the label is supposed to be a plastic wrapper vs printed on like other Bioderma products?

Is supossed to be like you say, printed directly on the plastic tube.

Q: The label says you can apply to your lips. Has anyone used in dry/chapped lips and did it sooth your lips?

I have applied this to my lips when i had lip allergy and it help restored my lips to pre allergy state
