Dont waste your money. Any presure aplied to the eraser tip stops its rotattion. You end up earaser the print manual as with any other eraser

You can live chat which often works fast and may avoid the annoyance of foreign language issues in communication. However if you google you can locate sometimes Amazon's Phone # and get help that way too. Meantime that's how you go about it. Amazon is not attempting to dupe us consumers but it would be nice if they explained to folks new and older customers how to solve problems. Once you figure out how to do it once you should be fixed to know in the future with all orders. Go through Amazon during their 30 day return grace period and don't put it off. Also if you need to return they will email or link you to printing out a FREE return label. Once you repack your item and drop usually at UPS it has a bar code that often provides feedback to Amazon and your refund is fast. Usually if you need to exchange you just need to reorder once you see your refund's gone through. Hope this all helps.
