Adidas publishes a size chart but you may need to look it up on the internet but it is easy to find. Just try keywords: Adidas, TaeKwondo, Uniform, Size, Chart. If the uniform is for a martial arts class you may want to show an image of it to one of the school instructors. Generally, a plain white uniform is acceptable; however, there are many different styles and colors for uniforms. The style and color may indicate such things as rank, function (sparring vs. forms), school demo team, etc. I hope this was helpful and that you both enjoy the experience.
