Neck pain is no joke. I have been suffering so bad for a couple months. I decided to give this a try.It is rather simple to use. Put it on, and pump it up. It immediately felt great on my neck. I have been using it for 20 mins twice a day. I am getting some relief. My issue is mostly muscle cramping. This allows them to rest.I am surprised how well it actually lifts your neck. At some point you have to stop pumping. You want to find the sweet spot. The air is easy to regulate, with the relief valve. Took my awhile to figure out the little ball in the rubber line. If you move it out of the bump it sits in, it will seal the line, and allow you to take te bulb off. Not sure why you would want to, but you can.Overall, I think this is a great value. I have tried the over the door traction, and this is much better in my opinion. You can use this anywhere, anytime.
