Broke on the very first day of usage. Very much disappointed

I got this shoes delivered today (22.08.18) morning. I wore this and went out. While walking i stumbled upon a stone. My crocs broke. I m shocked. Coz i m a regular user of crocs. So i know its quality. My year old crocs after so many rough and tough usage is still in good condition. So so so disappointed.
