Will the buttons and rockers be pressed when the case is closed?

If you use the extended back buttons from the transparent case mod, then yes the case WILL press on the back ones.

Is it safe to machine wash cold?

No, it is not safe to clean the JSAUX Carrying Case through machine wash cold.
