The wood (bamboo) structure is well crafted. The plugs all work and the cables are appropriately short - we had to swap out one cable so it can reach a tablet. Which brings me to the down side: no flexibility. This station is designed for phones without cases and smaller tablets. If your phone has even a moderately thick case - e.g., a wallet case - you will find that the default spacing for the slots is not going to work. You can leave out a divider to make things fit, but then you end up leaning phones against one another awkwardly instead of the more desirable separate slots.As for tablets, the same case-related issues apply, but you have an additional problem. If the tablet is larger than say 7" you will find it hard to keep it in the center of the stand while charging because the default cables are too short to reach. Not a huge problem since the USB inputs are standard and right where they should be, but not great if you want to avoid a tangle of excess cable length. Especially when multiple tablets are charging.Overall a fine product: well made, aesthetically pleasing, functions exactly as expected. But not super flexible as far as product/case types are concerned. Tablet owners should look elsewhere.

This charging station came assembled except for the dividers. That is ok. They are easy to install and you may want to leave one out if you have a particularly large item like my portable battery. Five charging cables are included and the power box and receptacles and power cord are included and installed. It has a small footprint but charges 5 items. I put it on a clean dry hard surface so the non-skid pads will be able to keep the station from sliding. I tried to tip it when loaded but it stayed up well. I like the bamboo. The fit and finish is good.

After I wrote my first review, the company contacted me about my concern that you need to purchase the shorter charging cables but could not choose the cables you needed. The company offered to send me 3 of the cables I needed (for android phones) free of charge. I received them today. This is great customer service and I appreciate their doing this! Giving them 5 stars! Thanks!This is a very nice charging station. It is attractive, takes up little room on my table and charges phone very quickly. A good investment. However if you want the shorter charging cables, you need to pay extra. This would not be a problem except that you cannot choose the kind of cables you want. I received 3 cables for iphone. Only one person in my family owns a iphone--everyone else owns android phones. Two out of the 5 cables I paid extra for are useless. If you have to pay extra for the cables I think you should at least be able to select the cables you want suited to the types of devices you have. Hence the 4 star rating.

The selling point for this charging station over others for me was the removable separators. I travel a lot for work so I wanted a charging station for all my devices instead of taking up every outlet in the hotel room. With other charging stations, I was scared that the separators would be damaged if I put it in my checked baggage but with this one, I am worry-free. Works just as well as others at home, too.

This charging station is exactly what I needed. I like the earthy wholesome energy of using bamboo and other natural products; the dividers slide easily into the slots; the space for the devices is sufficient for an average cover and a divider can be removed to provide a little more space for thicker device/covers. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. The only thing that would improve it in my opinion is to have 2 Android charging cables (don't know what they're officially called) instead of 1: I have a device that requires two cables to charge it. But, that's just me. I did purchase an extra pack of 5 lightning cables to ensure I can charge all my apple devices at the same time (my little bit of OCD).

I purchased the InkoTimes Bamboo Charging Station for our family of 5, all of whom have either an iPhone or an iPad. We were hoping both to reduce the clutter and disorganization of multiple charging locations and cords in our home *and* figure out a way of reducing the amount of time our family spends on our electronic devices. The product is well designed, well made, attractive, and just importantly, has given our family the added incentive to place our devices in the station for evenings, weekends, meal times, etc. so we can be together without the distractions of screens.Just as impressive, the InkoTimes customer service is outstanding. Because our family uses all Apple products, I was naively thinking that all of the cables/cords would be compatible with all 5 of our devices. When I realized that 2 of the 5 cables/cords were for non-Apple products, I emailed the service team, since the email was available on a card inside the box. I heard back within 30 minutes from someone at InkoTimes offering to send me 4 additional cables/cords for free to make sure all of our devices will be able to connect. Amazing. I'm very pleased with the product and incredibly impressed with the service.

I bought one at Christmas for my husband to help him organize his devices. He really liked it and has been using it since he received it! He was so happy with it I bought one for myself. I love that it’s made from bamboo which makes it an attractive and good quality organizer. It has fast charging ports and adjustable /dividers for larger or thicker cased devices. My husband has android and I have iOS. It works perfectly with both.

I have multiple devices I charge on a regular basis and this charging station makes it easy and it looks good too. Recommend going with this charging station because it includes the short charging cables to allow charging multiple devices at once. The charging station is well constructed and very easy to assemble because it only requires inserting the bamboo dividers and plugging it in. I charge 2 I-pads, an apple tv remote, an iPhone, and an Android phone all at once. I would recommend to anyone who wants an attractive easy to use charging station.

Great small footprint charging station but does not come with an Australian power plug rather a USA or Japanese A Type plug in Australia you need a Type I Plug for power. We had some conversion plugs at home so no big deal but disappointing never the less.
