This doesn't look like it has the same plugs as my old unit of the same model number. Does it come with new cable dongles?

It is not a Plug and Play. It is misrepresented. It is a Universal and only works on 7 different units. It did not work on mine. Spend the money and get the direct replacement. Otherwise you will be wasting money.

Works Ok instead ST9141A1002

My old ST9141A1002 burned. I called to local AC/Heating company. They told me that my system is old and I need whole AC and heater replacement (several thousand dollars). Jokers and fishers. I ordered this new controller, carefully followed the manual, and now it works Ok. Help yourself.

Came with the necessary wiring harness to replace my old ST9141A1002. Installed in minutes. Fairly easy to follow wiring diagram. I would recommend having a little electrical knowledge of you are trying to install yourself. I had to do a couple minor changes to a few of the wire connections.
