Great Valve
Very nice workmanship, installed quickly and easily, and no leaks. Valve rotation is tight and leak-free. I would highly recommend this valve. It is working much better than a competitors valve that I installed in another location that leaks whenever it is being used, and cost twice the price.

Defective product out of the box
This product is junk! Sprayed water out of the Anti-Siphon valve on first attempt with a water hose connected. Also the mounting flange is smaller than the conventional one I removed. Delivery was pitiful. Tracking said this product arrived in a UPS station on the morning of Saturday September 4 that is 20 miles from my home. It was delivered a WEEK later on Friday September 10. Return shipping was free but I did have to drive to a UPS drop off store. Return and credit to me account was simple.

Awkward Size, But So Far So Good
Seems to work fine for now. Installing wasn't great, not easy to grab with pipe wrench and lacks a hexagonal feature for wrenches like other sillcocks have. The 10" and 12" lengths were different than my previous sillcocks, which made it a little annoying. I don't think it will make a difference but the hose hookup is a thread shorter than my other ones. I like that it is lead free. It is a lot less turning than older sillcocks. I'll see how they hold up over the winter and years to come.

Nice valve replaced another 10"
I replaced another 10" valve with this one. I went with threaded because that was how the old one hooked up. This one was actually a little longer than 10" but I'm handy so making a larger mounting plate wasn't a problemNext time I would get a quarter-turn shutoff, much nicer

Metal pipe burst within warranty period
I ordered it onay 17th 2021. The metal pipe swole and burst about 5 inches from the outer end in the winter of 2023/24 so would that not be under warrant? Plus the water was turned off at another gate valve stopping water from going to the spigot stop valve.

Doesn't take standard UK hose fittings
Great idea, but the bib connector 3/4" MHT doesn't fit UK 3/4" BSP hose fittings.Inlet takes a standard 1/2" Flexi tap connection though.MHT to BSP adapters don't seem available in the UK
