Woll Nowo 26 cm Saute Pan with Detachable Handle

This is our third Woll sauté pan over the years, we also have a milk pan.We sadly destroyed the nonstick lining on our previous sauté pan with a low fat spray - all now confined to the bin.We wanted a 28cms but we couldn’t find one so opted for the 26cms one which to be fair is big enough.Use virtually every day for making a variety of dishes- chilli, bolognese, casseroles, sauté rhubarb, American pancakes.The non stick surface is high quality and the pan extremely versatile as it can go in the oven. Easy to clean, food just washes off - don’t need to soak or scrub.The fact that the handle clips off makes it easy to store and use as a casserole dish.Would recommend just don’t use low fat cooking spray!!

This pan may seem expensive, but you get what you pay for. It is so versatile especially as it goes in the oven. It's beautifully made and a pleasure to cook with. It's great for leaving food, ie curry, casseroles etc, simmering for a few hours to bring out the flavours. It cleans a treat in the dishwasher. Worth every penny.

This pan is an excellent addition to my kitchen. I already have a bigger version of this range and was so pleased with it versatility that I wanted a smaller one too. You can use it on the hob or in the oven, it has a detachable handle and is totally non stick. A quick wash in hot soapy water is all it needs to restore it to its original state. I will probably add more of the wonderful pans in the future.Delivery was quick and within the time range given.

This pan is so versatile, cook on the hob, remove the handle, transfer to the oven and serve from the pan. Cleans up nice and easily with no sticking. This is a replacement for my first long-lasting Woll pan and the quality is excellent and is a pan I would not be without.

Good non stick solid pan.

This pan gets used very regularly for frying dry and with oil, stewing and baking food. This is the third we've bought over a period of many, many years. It is a staple in our kitchen and value for money

The pan is 3.5 years in use. About a year ago the non-stick coating started to develop problems and now it lost the non-stick properties at all. The pan was used properly and 2-3 times per week only. The coating changed the color to some kind of grey shade and have spots in different shades of grey as well. I have another three pans from Woll, for more time, but not frequently used as this one, they are not developed such problem yet. It's pity that such expensive pan go out of use in such relatively short time.

Ho acquistato questa padella 4 anni fa (in tutto ne ho acquistate 3 di diverse misure), quindi scrivo questa recensione con cognizione di causa.Questa padella è sicuramente di qualità e dura nel tempo. E questo è ciò che cercavo, stanco di padelle che si rovinavano dopo pochi mesi.Lo strato antiaderente (certificato senza PFOA) funziona benissimo, si può veramente cucinare utilizzando meno quantità di olio. Ho cucinato di tutto e nulla si è mai veramente attaccato al fondo. Sono sempre riuscito a lavarla facilmente con poco sapone e se si vuole infilarla in lavastoviglie non c'è alcun problema.Oggi, dopo 4 anni di utilizzo intensivo quotidiano, noto a vista che l'antiaderente ha perso un po' di lucidità, come se fosse un po' consumato. E si nota anche qualche leggera riga dovuta allo sfregamento involontario ma troppo energico della paletta metallica. Per questo, anche se il fondo è davvero molto resistente, consiglio di utilizzare palette fatte con materiali più gentili. Nonostante questi leggeri segni di usura l'antiaderente continua tuttora ad essere efficace.Il manico smontabile è molto comodo e si aggancia in un attimo. Una volta agganciato ha una presa solida, senza oscillazioni. Qualche volta ho utilizzato la padella senza manico anche nel forno, in sostituzione delle teglie, funziona benissimo.Altro pregio secondo me è il bordo alto, che consente di cucinare sughi abbondanti e di friggere con maggior facilità.Se si vuole trovare un difetto si potrebbe parlare del peso che, soprattutto quando la padella è piena di cibo, non è davvero indifferente. Quindi attenzione, se non avete troppa forza nelle braccia questo potrebbe essere un problema. Eppure anche questa per me è una virtu': il grande spessore della padella infatti ha la caratteristica di conservare il calore del cibo molto a lungo una volta allontanato dal fuoco, soprattutto se si copre la padella con il coperchio. Coperchio che purtroppo non è compreso nell'acquisto e che dunque va comprato a parte.I prezzi ogni tanto oscillano e ci sono momenti più propizi per acquistarla, ma non ci si aspetti di prenderla a poco. Intorno agli 85 euro secondo me è un buon acquisto.La qualità va pagata e penso che ricomprerò questo prodotto in futuro.

The description says "Electric_Stovetop_Compatible" and "‎Smooth Surface Induction" but it is not compatible with an induction cooktop.

I thought it was a bargain for AUD$145 on sale but this is NOT THE SAME that is available in Australia. This one is NOT induction compatible. And the coating is okay only. My frypan from Kmart or Tefal can endure more from my cooking.

Wir haben diese Pfanne seit ca. 1 Monat in Gebrauch (Ceranfeld) und sind bisher hellauf begeistert. Die Pfanne ist hochwertig gefertigt, hat einen absolut ebenen Boden, der auch bei großer Hitze eben bleibt. Die erzielten Ergebnisse beim Braten von Fleisch zeigen an, dass die Wärmeverteilung in der Pfanne optimal ist. Es setzt nichts beim Braten am Pfannenboden an, was für eine gute Beschichtung spricht. Gefallen hat uns auch der abnehmbare Pfannengriff, der das Verstauen der Pfanne wesentlich vereinfacht.Ein Produkt, das ich nur als empfehlenswert bezeichnen kann.
