How does the mask stay on???

The mask on this costume has padding on the front to help secure it once it's down, and held in place with clear plastic straps attached to the sides of the hood.

Good day, where is the jumpsuit measured from, the shoulders to the feet or the head to the feet?

I believe it is shoulder to feet. The costume sizes run the same as standard costumes.

Do you have to take it completely off to go to the restroom?

Just unzip the back and you slide down you can leave the mask on It’s an amazing costume!! I got this for my thing n tall 5 yr old son… he’s almost 6 now and still loves it and the costume is still in great shape!!
