If you need extra length get this
This is a companion product to the CTEK charger. This goes between the charger and the alligator clips/battery terminals to add extra length.Same high quality as the charger.Get it if you need more length between the AC outlet and the vehicle battery being charged.

Good extension cable for my ctek unit
Easy to connect with my existing ctek unit In the garage. Once a year I recondition the batteries on my other vehicles and this cable makes it convenient to do so.

Works as it should
Used the extension in combination with the CTEK comfort connect that I had installed on the battery. Ran the extension cable so that i could plug the in the charger in front of the car's grill. Works well and now I don't have to open the hood to plug in the charger.For the money It should have come with a dust cap, hence the one-star deduction. I was able to use the cap that came on the CTEK comfort connect cable that came with the unit. But still, it should come with a new one.
