So far this scooter is working extremely well and got a lot of use from a single charge. Both my 7 and 10 year old have been cruising around with no problems. Now to address all the bad reviews of it "not working". I had a moment where I thought the same thing however this scooter has to be moving at a certain speed for the motor to turn on. You can not just simply press the throttle and ride off on it. All it will do is make a click sound. This in my opinion makes it safer for a kid so they are already moving and balanced when the motor takes over. Also makes them still get some exercise in since they have to push off and get it movingWe have only used it twice so far and I will update as needed. So far well worth the purchase

Did not work as describe. Very slow, does not stay going long at all. Electric switch does not work. Has to kick off very often.

My 11 y.o. is 5'7" tall and 200 lbs, this scooter is still buzzing along with her. Lasted over 2 yrs I believe. Wish the handlebars were taller. Great value for money and a darn fun ride. The accelerator is a positioned funny, and brakes are a little slow so it is tricky to stop sometimes, so take it slow for a while! Great value for my child and we would purchase another, more adult sized version in a minute.

Great scooter. Good enough speed for children. Not feasible for commute or anything other than joyrides. Do NOT try to jump over anything or do tricks. This scooter had to be sent back after it did not start when it was jumped a little over 30 times. Battery time is decent. Be sure to charge after every use.

Spend more money not worth the saving i returned mine

This is a great electric scooter. I bought it for my 8 year old grandson. One thing to know is that after you charge the battery, the child will need to kick start the thing to get it going. So they need to get on and start going and then the electric will kick in. My grandson loves it. He has a lot of fun with this. I would highly recommend it.

This was the second scooter to try it out! My first scooter was a Christmas gift and it didn’t work. Got the second one finally 2 weeks later and it doesn’t work either! Even after it charged for the recommendation of 10-12 hours. I had a very upset child! As was I! Do not chance this item bc 2 of 2 didn’t work for me!

The scooter works ok... if you know how to work it. Nowhere does it say that you have to get a running start for the electric motor to kick in. I guess that's a safety feature. That's great, but tell me please. My kid's Christmas was ruined because he thought he had a broken toy. It's one thing if it's a 10 or 12 year old who can understand, but my 5 year was so disappointed. It obviously worked once I did some research on it myself. But you have to get going pretty fast for it to start, so he even has trouble getting it going. We finally just bought him a regular scooter and this one is trash.
