I was hesitant to try these at first because they were so inexpensive compared to the ones my surgery center recommended. But I figured, why not give them a shot? I’m so glad I did! They go down easily, don’t upset my stomach (as long as I take them with food), and most importantly—my lab results have been perfect every time. That tells me they’re doing exactly what they’re supposed to. I’ve been taking them consistently for three years now and couldn’t be happier.The only drawback is they do have a bit of an aftertaste—but honestly, that’s pretty common with most vitamins. Still totally worth it for the quality and price.Highly recommend!

I have to take special vitamins after my weight loss surgery, and let me tell you - these ones are awesome! I was paying way more for other brands before, but these work just as good for a fraction of the price.What I really like is that you only have to take one a day. They don't upset my stomach either, which is a big deal because some vitamins can really make you feel sick. These go down easy and don't give me any problems. And they've got all the iron and other stuff my doctor says I need.

This multivitamin is exactly what I needed—just one pill a day instead of juggling multiple. It has the right amount of iron and other essentials, making it a great choice for post-bariatric surgery needs. It's easy to swallow but I'm deducting 1 star for the very mild short-lived aftertaste. Don't let that discourage you from the benefits tho.

I mean they are vitamins, I obviously don't feel much different, however I'm sure by not taking them I'd probably feel like crap eventually. The taste and smell of the pill isn't super pleasant, but it's a bunch of vitamins, so it's to be expected. Still tho, 90 for the price isn't so bad, and the amount of vitamins it provides compared to other brands I've bought, this one is very great honestly.
