Racktime Talis Plus Gepäckträgertasche

I was searching for a bike trunk bag that would fit the narrow Racktime rack that came with my Specialized Vado. The Talis Plus is designed with the clik-it frame attached and includes an expanding main compartment and expanding lightweight panniers stored in side compartments. Roomy with small interior mesh organizers and small outside pocket for keys, etc. and a rear reflective strip. Top has a zipped height expander if you need more volume. Well made, light weight, includes hi-viz rain cover in mesh pocket in lid. Compare to Ibera and Topeak bags. Wish it had a mesh or bungie to hold a jacket or stuff. No bottle holder, but frame holders are more secure. When you add the cost of buying a rack adapter ($27) to any other brand bag it is competitive. I would say it is a convenient day/commute bag with extra space available if needed. May not be tough enough for touring.

It's a shame that Racktime has to be so expensive...hence only a 4 star. That said, it is a very nice bag that does exactly what I need it do and fits on my Trek ebike's Racktime rack.

On receipt of this product the side pocket zipper would not open past a certain point. For this amount of money I expect zippers to work easily and well. I returned the product and the vendor replied that he "could open it without tools" and so would sell it "As New" and charged me a restocking fee. I have an Racktime Odin bag and it's zippers operate flawlessly. I could only see this leading to frustration. I hope you don't get this particular bag.

The whole bag feels weak and loose fitting. It does the job for hauling extras and snaps on easy. The side bags are almost worthless. There is only one zipper on each side and the orientation of the zipper does not allow anything oversized to stick up. A better design would have two zippers that could meet at the top.

Fit Racktime rack perfectly. quality construction.

This Racktime bag fits perfect on the odd side Specialized Turbo Vado bike. The Specialized bikes use the Racktime rear bike rack but they don’t tell you that. Also bought the Racktime adapter separately and mounted one of my other bags. Works great.

I would have loved it but the snap on mechanism did not work. I had to return it.

Versatile, high quality bag that expands and contracts, as needed. Very impressed with the attachment system to my electric bike rack.

Diese Gepäckträgertasche ist einfach perfekt👍Sie sitzt bombenfest ohne zu wackeln und hat sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten. In die zusätzlichen Taschen links und rechts passen Regenkleidung oder kleine Einkäufe. Und sie sieht auch noch Schick aus. Mit einem Tragegurt auch noch transportabel. Was will man mehr😍Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir👌

Zwar etwas teuer, aber klasse Teil. Gut verarbeitet. Es passt knapp auch der Bosch Akku hinein. Dies war für mich entscheidend, um den Akku mitnehmen zu können, da ein Ebike dadurch für einen Dieb wertloser wird. Auch die ausklappbaren Seitenteile sind praktisch.

Das Racktime-System mit Snapit ist, wenn man sich eingefummelt hat, sehr praktisch und einfach. Die Tasche ist gut verarbeitet und doch sehr groß, bin immer wieder erstaunt, was da alles reinpasst. Die Seitentaschen hätte es für mich nicht gebraucht, aber wer weiß, was noch transportiert werden möchte. Da Fahrradtaschen im Allgemeinen sehr teuer sind, liegt die hier durchaus im unteren Segment. Um sich die Tasche als Frau umzuhängen und mal eben nur ein Käffchen trinken zu gehen (man kann sie ja schlecht auf dem Fahrrad lassen :-)), kann ich sie nicht empfehlen, dafür ist sie viel zu sperrig. Das Schloß nützt in dem Sinne auch nicht viel, denn der Inhalt muss ja mit :-). Fazit: das System find ich gut, den Koffer, wie ich die Tasche nenne, ist prima für den täglichen Arbeitsweg, aber nicht als „Handtasche“ zu gebrauchen. Service hab ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, Lieferung war wie immer top.
